What this covers

This notice explains how Janice Low, a representative of SG Alliance, handles personal data you share through this website, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What I collect, and when

Only what you choose to send: for example your name, contact details, the topic you'd like to discuss, and any message or planning results you decide to share. The planning tools run in your browser, and nothing you type into them is sent unless you choose to submit it.

How it's used

To reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation. If you separately opt in, I may also send occasional educational updates. You can withdraw that consent at any time, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Where it's kept

In a private, access-controlled system used only by me to manage enquiries and appointments. It isn't sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by contacting me at janice.low@sg-alliance.com.
